Orthodontic Retainers

We were referred to Hurley & Volk by our pediatric dentist, Dr. Kyle for our daughters teeth crowding. When we walked into the office I said that I felt like I was in a spa. Everyone in the office is friendly and extremely helpful. My daughter loved the extra attention and now she’s not nervous for our 2nd appointment. We did meet Dr. Hurley and I appreciated the time he took with us. I am looking forward to my next spa treatment….or cup or coffee…(details, details…)

Both my daughter and I had out teeth fixed by Drs. Hurley & Volk. We received outstanding care. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing orthodontic care. (It is rare that I take the time to comment on a doctor.) My daughter was a challenging case. She had braces for a little over a year and her teeth look amazing. She now smiles proudly! I had Invisalign. After the planned treatment period, I thought my teeth looked good (much improved). However, Dr. Volk did the unthinkable! Instead of just saying “you’re done,” she pointed out that my teeth weren’t perfect and asked me if I’d like to continue, at their expense! Drs. Volk and Hurley are obviously knowledgeable (they know teeth). They also know people; they are sensitive and care about their patients (both old and young). And because they care, they hire staff that are personable, courteous and respectful as well

All of my experiences with Dr Hurley, his wife, and staff were amazing. All of the staff were helpful and courteous, and made the whole process much easier. I didn’t have insurance so they worked with me financially, and were very patient with explaining to me all of the procedures that would be involved. I had heard many horror stories through my friends of different orthodontist offices telling them “6 more months until we take them off” or “4 more weeks” over and over, leading to them being frustrated for another year or two, but the staff at H&V were very good at explaining how everything was moving & predicting the next move, and that made me much more comfortable in that they were obviously very well trained & experienced in knowing exactly what to look for and what to do next. when I lost my retainers on my honeymoon, they went above and beyond what was expected & didn’t charge me for my replacement set, even though I was already finished having my braces & they didn’t stand to make much money off of me in the future, which to me, really spoke highly of the fact that they do genuinely care about their patients & want to make them happy instead of simply wanting to make money. Highly recommended
